On filming day, a family member they know and trust leads the conversation. GEM stays behind the camera, taking care of the filming, lighting and sound.

After filming, our Guided Photo Story Mapping Call helps us understand the people, places and memories in your selected family photographs—so those images can become a meaningful part of the finished film.

MEET THE PEOPLE BEHIND GEM

GEM Concierge & Media was created by Jorge and Priya to help families preserve the voices, memories and stories of the people they love.

Jorge earned his BFA in filmmaking from the Savannah College of Art and Design. His films have screened at more than 30 film festivals and received numerous awards.

After filming his own father’s story at age 83—and experiencing the loss of stories he could no longer ask his mother—Jorge understood just how valuable these conversations become.

Both collections include two professionally finished films: a shorter cinematic family film and a longer interview film preserving more of the conversation. Both are professionally edited and color-graded with clear, professional audio.

Couples Interview: +$175

Additional Wooden USB Keepsake: $35 each or 3 for $85

Additional filming time: $80 per hour, prorated

Gift certificates are available for birthdays, anniversaries, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, retirement, holidays and family celebrations.

Choose the Heritage or Legacy Collection and pay 50% to reserve it. Your loved one receives the gift certificate and chooses their filming date later. Nothing else is due until after filming.
